All items are sent via tracked post. All parcels will receive a tracking number. 

Items are packaged and posted within 24hrs - if you require a quicker turnaround please do let me know.

Postage is a flat fee of £3.50

Please note that at this time we do not accept custom orders and all items are made and ready for delivery.

If you should find that you are unhappy with your Rivet & Rogue item in the first instance please do contact me via email and I am happy to discuss any issues and come to a conclusion that is suitible for you.

Its important to know that all Rivet & Rogue items are carefully handcrafted not made in a factory so each item is made by me and completely unique in design, I do my very best to ensure that your product is of a quality that I would like to receive myself, all items are thouroughly inspected and photographed before they are sent to you for defects.

**Postage is non refundable and you will have to cover the cost of postage to return. All refunds that are approved will be sent to the original payment method. minus the postage. Always happy to repair any damaged or inferior items and replace with a similar design if necessary**

From time to time I design new styles of bag, during this time I produce several prototypes to ensure that my full priced items are perfect - some of these are fully wearable prototypes, they may have some design features that were not chosen during the end design process, some may have slight flaws that wouldnt be of the standard that I would like my final designs to be. 

All the prototypes however will still be durable and wearable. They may or may not come with matching straps as often these are made with leather scraps. please enquire. They do not come with matching complimentary dust bag and are non-refundable items. If youd like to enquire about the bag before buying please email me.
